Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans change. Here’s our cancellation policy:

Before Dispatch:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
• To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+91 63011 22504) or email (hello@saktya.com) with your order number.
• Approved cancellations will receive a full refund.

After Dispatch:

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed in the following circumstances:

• Order cancelled before dispatch.
• Return approved after delivery (see Return Policy).
• Item confirmed as defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refund Timelines:

• Prepaid orders: Refund processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• COD orders: Refund processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days. You will be required to provide your bank account details.
• UPI refunds: Typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Orders cancelled after dispatch.
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
• Items that do not meet our return eligibility conditions.
• Shipping charges (for COD orders).
