Return Policy
At Saktya, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to assist you with a return under the following conditions.
Eligibility For Return
- Returns are accepted only in the case of a damaged or defective product.
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or any other reason.
- The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Return Request Process
- To initiate a return, please email us at saktyajewels@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Our team will review your request and communicate the approval status.
- Once approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, boxes, and any accessories received.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed.
- The refund will be initiated within 5 business days from the date of confirmation by our team.
- Refunds will be made via online bank transfer or any other suitable online payment method, at Saktya’s discretion.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable if Cash on Delivery (COD) was selected at checkout.
- Only the amount paid for the product (excluding shipping charges, discounts, promotional offers, or coupon benefits, where applicable) will be refunded.
Important Conditions
- Return requests made after 24 hours of receiving the product will not be accepted.
- Products must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Saktya reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not comply with the above terms and conditions.
