Delivery & Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We ship across India and internationally to select countries worldwide. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

  • Within India: 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Metro cities (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai): 3–5 business days.
  • Remote or rural areas: may take up to 10 business days.
  • International orders: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated via WhatsApp and email.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid orders (India): Free shipping on all orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal COD handling charge may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
  • International orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order weight. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. You can use this to track your shipment in real time on the courier partner’s website.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (incorrect address, recipient unavailable), the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. Saktya Jewels is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged In Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
